Neenah Police Department
The Neenah Police Department is a proactive agency charged with the responsibility of serving and protecting our citizens from criminal activity. In addition to apprehending violators of the law, we see ourselves as community facilitators and problem solvers as we work with our citizens to prevent illegal and anti-social behavior. We regularly interact with the community through our citizen crime reduction coalition, police school liaison initiatives, and various other community policing efforts.

re:TH!NK is a partnership of volunteers, organizations and agencies throughout Winnebago County. The Winnebago County Health Department houses re:TH!NKfs two staff people who are dedicated to comprehensive prevention, outreach education, and program and policy development and in the areas of Tobacco, Alcohol, and Illegal/Prescription Drugs. Each year the coalition and its partners provide prevention education, outreach programs and resources to the community and develop and promote local and state policies in an effort to increase the health of the residents of Winnebago County and positively impact the community environment. Crime Stoppers is a cooperative effort between law enforcement agencies, the business community, the news media, and the public, which provides law enforcement agencies with the information they need to solve crimes. The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program of Winnebago County (RSVP) exists to help seniors 55+ find meaningful and fulfilling volunteer opportunities in their communities. We work with non-profit agencies, helping them achieve their mission by providing volunteers to get the job done. We offer our volunteers several perks such as satisfaction guarantee, special surprises through the year, T-shirts, mileage reimbursement to the volunteer site, and an annual banquet. Best Friends of Neenah-Menasha is a local non-profit youth serving agency that helps young people thrive through the power of mentoring friendships and supportive family networks. Unlike other mentoring agencies that only focus on the child, Best Friends of Neenah-Menasha works with each family to address their immediate needs. We provide financial assistance for enrichment opportunities, we make numerous community referrals, and we help transition our kids from high school to post secondary schooling. TRIAD is a partnership of three organizations - law enforcement, senior citizens, and community groups. The purpose of TRIAD is to promote senior safety and to reduce the fear of crime that seniors often experience. The Winnebago County TRIAD group does the following:
- Works to improve the quality of life in our communities.
- Promotes education to increase safety and victimization.
- Assists with problem solving in the community.
- Enhances the delivery of law enforcement services to older adults.
TRIAD is also the proud sponsor of the File of Life, an emergency medical information packet. Having a completed, updated File of Life can save valuable time in a medical emergency.
